English delivery and controlled translation
Meetings, proposals, contracts, engineering records, documentation, and handoff are in English unless an agreement explicitly says otherwise. Simplified Chinese content may be included only with a qualified human owner for meaning, terminology, typography, inputs, errors, messages, documents, and support.
No professional or government conclusion
Faith Forge Labs is not acting as Chinese or US legal counsel, tax adviser, accountant, payment institution, privacy professional, cybersecurity regulator, ICP or licensing authority, sanctions adviser, export-control adviser, certification body, or regulated-sector specialist. Research and engineering evidence support decisions; they do not replace qualified advice or approval.
Identity, end use, and technology must be reviewable
The studio may seek information about the client, beneficial owners, users, end users, end use, technology, destinations, affiliates, vendors, banks, and payment route. Concealment, substitution, evasive routing, or inability to establish authority can end the discussion. New facts can reopen review.
Data and providers cannot be assumed
No service is represented as reachable, permitted, compliant, licensed, registered, or supportable merely because its website loads elsewhere. Hosting, domain, content, maps, messaging, identity, analytics, AI, cryptography, payments, remote access, and data routes require proof and the appropriate decision owners.
Payment must be reliable and attributable
Faith Forge Labs does not provide a substitute bank or merchant account, hide the actual parties, or guarantee a CNY or other payment path. Work can be delayed, narrowed, or declined when banking, provider, tax, invoice, sanctions, export, or reconciliation conditions cannot be established.
Results remain uncertain
Technical work does not guarantee provider access, network reach, ICP or other approval, registration, licensing, legal treatment, tax result, search rankings, traffic, revenue, adoption, market access, language certification, or regulator acceptance. Implementation proof and later outcomes are separate.
Analytics on this site
Measurement is confined to the China site’s own GA4 property plus clicks voluntarily made on its phone and email links. A message or call does not begin an engagement. No advertising or profiling is silently added, and analytics cannot settle questions about availability in China, consent, transfers, vendors, or retention.
