China Standard Time is twelve or thirteen hours ahead of Georgia. Confirm the current offset and work calendars for the engagement. Define who answers a blocking question, who reviews Chinese content, who can approve release, who owns an incident, and what can safely continue without a live meeting.
Localization extends into storage and operations.
A qualified owner should test Simplified Chinese across input methods, validation, search, sorting, exports, notifications, generated documents, and support. CNY display, names, addresses, and identity fields should be included only when the service justifies them. Local mobile and provider availability need representative proof, not a desktop assumption.
Matrix rule: “unknown” is not a passing state. It becomes an assigned research question, a constrained test, an explicit exclusion, or a release blocker.
