BUILD CONDITIONS / NO GENERIC EXPORT
Every build path stays conditional until its dependencies are proved.
These capabilities describe what Faith Forge Labs can engineer. They do not claim automatic feasibility in China. The audience, runtime, content, data, vendors, payment, screening, and release model determine whether a path can proceed.
PATH_01 / PUBLIC EXPERIENCEWebsites and service interfaces
Design a clear user journey with approved Simplified Chinese or English content, mobile behavior, accessibility, honest service facts, resilient assets, and a conversion route. First verify hosting, domain, delivery, content, analytics, maps, messaging, and any relevant approvals.
PATH_02 / OPERATOR SYSTEMInternal workflow and portals
Build queues, roles, documents, approvals, reporting, and support around a real operation. Determine where users, administrators, data, backups, and remote access reside before selecting infrastructure.
PATH_03 / CONNECTED SYSTEMAPIs and automation
Link identity, CRM, payments, documents, messages, or reporting only after the actual providers and client accounts are verified. Document timeouts, failed delivery, duplicate protection, rate limits, support, and replacement paths.
PATH_04 / AI ASSISTANCESearch, retrieval, drafting, and classification
Define sources, model and hosting dependencies, data access, evaluation, human review, prohibited use, and fallback. AI availability, content, data, export, and sector questions may independently block or reshape the design.
PATH_05 / RECOVERYRepair and modernization
Inventory the current system, accounts, data, dependencies, and release path. Stabilize what must remain, then replace components in controlled increments with evidence and rollback. Do not migrate to an unverified stack.
PATH_06 / FEASIBILITY PROOFA constrained technical prototype
When uncertainty is testable, build a non-production proof around the exact network, provider, device, language, data, or integration question. A successful prototype answers that question only; it does not grant legal or commercial approval.
Example: prove the critical path before the platform.
A team considering a China-facing customer portal might first verify the intended users, approved Chinese content owner, access from representative environments, hosting and domain model, identity provider, notification route, personal-data flow, remote support, and any required local guidance. The first build could then test one read-only account journey with synthetic data. Payments, sensitive data, or AI features remain outside until their own gates pass.
Immediate stop: do not proceed if a critical provider is assumed, the real parties or end use cannot be established, a data route lacks an accountable decision, reliable payment is unavailable, or sanctions/export questions remain unresolved.
